Chika, The Sake Sommelier
Chika Ohata (大畑知佳) is a certified sake sommelier from Japan based in San Francisco/Bay Area. After working in the hospitality/food & beverage industry for years, she created her own style of fun and educational way to share her joy of sake and the culture. After she announced her leave of Chika & Sake, the sake and koryori bar located in San Francisco, she received many requests from her fans to create another project for their future sake experience. Today, she is on her mission to bring a special sake and cultural experience for locals on a more personal level.
